LABORATORY FLUID BED DRYER
The development of new products sets high standards in the flexibility of the processes. The MINILAB RC provides the possibility to perform processes fast, comfortably and professionally using highly flexible laboratory equipment with fluid bed and drum coating modules. The device is designed for plug and play and provides all known possibilities of fluid bed technology and tablet coating.
The wide range of batches of 50 to 3200 g is possible by three fluid bed containers. Also tablet batches of 300 to 2700 g can be coated using the coating module. Due to the wide range of batch sizes and comparable parameters our pilot and production systems, offer a safe scaling up.

RAPID CHANGE OVER – QUICK CHANGE OF BOWL SIZE. The Fluid Bed Processor CAP 10-80 RC for the pilot plant scale provides all advantages of the DIOSNA production capacity equipment along with the increased flexibility of our laboratory systems. The fast exchange of bowls allows a wide range of batches sizes, which offers ideal preconditions for optimum scaling up.
For fast change over, the bowls are on a carriage. Furthermore, the CAP 10-80 RC has a low height and therefore, it can be installed in rooms with low ceiling height. The central part of the filter housing can be swiveled which allows for easy access to the filters.

DRYING, GRANULATING, COATING
The Fluid Bed Processors CAP 150-1250 offer suitable equipment for the most processes and batch sizes. With its, “through-the-wall” assembly the system allows the strict separation of the production and technical area. The whole system is controlled via a PC with graphical visualisation including documentation.
DIOSNA provides a wide range of component programs around the CAP fluid bed processor. This includes containers for granulation fluid, cleaning stations, calibration mills, lifting columns and vacuum conveyor systems. All components of the equipment can be integrated in the overall control.
