Volumetric filling is often used over gravimetric filling due to the filling speed, flexibility and, given the right circumstances, can be more accurate than weight filling. One of the best selling is our V375 twin track volumetric filling machine.

 

 

Semi-auto Volumetric Filling

Our best seller for entry level machine is this DU01 machine repeatable accuracy of + or – 0.15% (peak deviation)

Semi-auto Weight Filling

Non electric, electronic and easy to operate machine using counter weight system.

 Some characteristics of the Vreefill 

 Basic frame, mounted on wheels. 

 Single-stage filling actuator. 

 A mechanical scale, with counterweights with weighing capacity from 100gr up to 15kg or 5kg up to 50kg. 

 Filling nozzle with valve in stainless steel. 

 Open hopper in stainless steel design. 

 A presenting table for the cans. 

 Non-driven roller conveyor (option). 

 Lid closer (option). 

 Available in explosionproof and non-explosionproof design. 

Accuracy 

For most products and under the correct circumstances, such as constant infeed pressure and no fluctuations in product density, this machine will provide a repeatable accuracy of + or – 0.15% (peak deviation). 

Fully-auto Weight Filling

Filling machine type V231 with flatchain infeed conveyor mounted in a 90° angle to the stainless steel transport system with step of 395 mm, closed filling head with 2-stage filling actuator for coarse and fine filling mounted on top of an electronic weighing system (available in explosionproof or non explosionproof design), lid placer in front of the machine, lid closer suitable for press and/or crimp lids and non driven outfeed conveyor mounted in a 90° angle as a buffer table.

In standard design, the filling method is above level filling. Subject to the type of product, below bunghole or submerged filling methods are also available.
