SYFPAC® is Brevetti Angela’s brand of Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machines for aseptic primary packaging of pharmaceutical liquids into plastic bottles, vials, ampoules or syringes. SYFPAC® BFS platforms are the perfect solution for pharma manufacturers who are looking for a fast, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing of parenterals. They work on a closed parison technology and allow insertion technology for BFS production of prefilled syringes or special medical devices. SYFPAC® DUO Blow Fill Seal machine is the revolutionary BFS platform for Small Volume Parenterals and Prefilled Syringes, producing up to 40.000 containers/hour in only 6m² of cleanroom. Providing high flexibility, close-to-zero waste and the safest aseptic filling with particle monitoring on a closed parison.
SYFPAC® DUO is available in 4 different configurations:

Measuring only 1.5 x 4.5 x 2.6m, SYFPAC® DUO is the tiniest Blow Fill Seal machine on the market. It only needs a 6 m² cleanroom in Class C/D as it offers an easy separation of the black and white area. It is extremely flexible and efficient, as it allows production of several volumes from 0.2ml to 50ml. It processes PP, LDPE or HDPE in the same machine without any hardware changes, only a recipe change in the HMI.
Thermosensitive products like biologicals can be safely manufactured by keeping solution temperature below 25°C, allowing packaging of vaccines on Blow Fill Seal.

SYFPAC® LVP is designed for the aseptic primary packaging of Large Volume Parenterals in plastic bottles with volumes from 50ml to 1000ml. SYFPAC® LVP machine can reach up to 2.750 bottles per hour and it can be provided with a full line for secondary capping along with MECAS machines.
Suitable for mass production, the machine can work 24/7 and its SYFPAC® LVP moulds can work with either PP, LDPE or HDPE, with a simple change of recipe. This means that the bottles produced can be different in size and usability, even collapsible to the extent of imitating plastic bags. Inserts on the moulds can be quickly replaced for a swift format change.
SYFPAC® LVP is the perfect choice for manufacturing of IV solutions, irrigation, disinfectants, veterinary vaccines, contact lenses liquid, eye wash and more. Designed for aseptic filling of pharmaceutical solutions in plastic bottles.
